The body is made of galvalume steel sheet, which is also used for the roof material of houses.
It has excellent durability and corrosion resistance.

The heating parts, the heat cutter and heating plate, have a special coating to prevent sticking of dirt and melted film.

Carbon-contained bushes are installed in the film rollers.
They suppress the generation of static electricity during use and reduce operators’ discomfort.

The main parts are easy to replace with a Phillips head screwdriver.
It is possible to replace the main parts by the customer themselves.

FAQ

Q. What is the difference between U-45PN/45oJP and B-45PN/45oJP

We have two lineups of the wrapping machine, U-series and B series.

・U-45PN/450JP
*45PN is for 100 volt use. 45oJP is for 200 volt use.
U-series is OPEN type and is used by placing a wrapping film on the outside of the machine.
U-series is easy to install and replace a wrapping film.

・B-45PN/450JP
*45PN is for 100 volt use. 450JP is for 200 volt use.
B-series is BOX type and a wrapping film is placed inside the machine.
It is designed to prevent the sticking of dust on the film.
The depth is sorter than U-series so we recommend it for use in small spaces.

Q. Which are the consumable parts?

The heat cutter and heating plate are consumable parts.
They are easy to replace with a Phillips head screwdriver and are possible to replace by the customer themselves.

The rollers should be lubricated regularly to maintain smooth rotation.

Q. What is the cleaning procedure for the heat cutter and heating plate?

The Teflon coating on the heat cutter and heating plate can be protected from deterioration and can be used for a long time in good condition by cleaning up after each work.

Please be careful not to burn yourself because of the high temperature, and wipe off the sticking material with a cloth before it hardens.
*Do not strongly remove or scrape off cold hardened film or dirt, as it may cause the Teflon coating to peel off from the heat cutter.
