To prevent leakage, please check two points.

1. The receiver does not fall off.
2. The height difference between the receiver and the tank must be kept.

Leakage is caused by “the receiver disconnects” or “urine does not flow to the tank. Even if the garter is firmly fixed, it may come off depending on the body position.
