Ultrasonic dot-line sealer L-QP-01 can be used for both point welding and dot line welding by changing tips.
It is easy to replace tips. Just remove one screw from the handset to replace them.
The straight-line spot welding tip can be attached to both the normal corded type (L-QP-01) and the cordless type (L-QPB-01).
*Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01 cannot be mounted with the straight-line spot welding tip

Ultrasonic dot-line sealer L-QP-01 is a multi-purpose ultrasonic welder that is also used in the agricultural field for welding labels on gardening pots and umbrellas on fruit trees such as grapes.
Of course, it can also be used for welding plastic food packs.

■Difference from Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01

Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01 is also a point welder, but the weld trace is different from that of Ultrasonic dot-line sealer L-QP-01 with the straight-line spot welding tip.

The weld mark is smaller than that of QP-01, and when welding PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material, which tends to burn in black, the straight-line spot welding tip is less likely to get black burns.

The welding capability and strength of welding with an ultrasonic welder depend on the material and thickness.
