Seal three different thicknesses of PET plastic sheets with ultrasonic point sealer QP-01
We sometimes have inquires about material thicknesses that QP-01 can seal.
The answer is different depending on the material.
We have tested three different thicknesses of PET plastic sheets. (0.2mm, 0.5mm, 1.0mm)
QP-01 can seal 1.0mm PET plastic sheets. ( The total thickness is 2.0mm in two sheets)
The ultrasonic point sealer is used in various places, retail stores, delicatessen,
takeaway food shops, supermarkets, factories, small industrial parts manufacture, and so on.
*Thickness that can be sealed with ultrasonic point sealer QP-01 is different depending on materials.
