Table top manual hand wrapper is a simple and user-friendly packaging device used to wrap food with stretch film. Our hand wrappers are equipped with a smooth film-unwinding system, a heat cutter and a sealing plate with a special coating to resist buildup that ensures clean and efficient film sealing. Rust-Resistant Body
Our hand wrapper is built with Galvalume steel, a material known for its strength and excellent resistance to rust and corrosion. Galvalume combines the protective properties of zinc with the corrosion resistance of aluminum, making it highly durable and long-lasting. The body, made from rust-resistant and durable Galvalume steel, is designed to perform reliably in a variety of work environments.
Durable Body
The body features a high-strength design with a shaft running through tough Galvalume steel. This sturdy construction resists bending even under heavy loads or impact.
Specially Coated Heating Plate and Cutter Blade
A special coating on the heating plate and cutter blade prevents film residue from sticking, making cleaning easier and extending the life of the components. The heating plate also features an embossed surface, which helps prevent film from sticking and makes operation smoother.
Energy-Efficient Design
The heating plate features adjustable temperature control via a built-in electronic thermostat. When the temperature is set to zero, the heating plate does not operate.
Electrostatic Protection
To reduce static electricity generated by the rotation of the film roller, carbon-infused resin components are installed at both ends of the roller. This reduces discomfort during operation.
