Packaging plastic clamshell packages of Japanese sweets(Wagashi) with Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01

We introduce the packaging of Japanese sweets in plastic clamshell packages using Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01.
Our ultrasonic point sealer QP-01 is often used for packages of Japanese sweets(wagashi).
Japanese sweets(wagashi), which are soft and easily crushed, are usually sold in plastic containers in Japan.
Rubber bands and tape are available for fastening plastic clamshell packages, but we recommend Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01.

Rubber bands are not so good looking, and tape is easily peeled off due to powder or sauce on the hands while making the packaging.
Ultrasonic point sealer is the best solution to such problems.
Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01 makes it easy to seal food clamshell packages. It does not lose its appearance and does not peel off easily.

Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01, the welding points are inconspicuous, and there is no worry that the seal will be easily opened.

QP-01 can also be used for tamper-proofing, making it possible to package food safely and securely.

■HOW TO USE

It is very easy to operate.
(1) Place the container to be welded between the hand pieces for a few seconds.

(2) Release your hand from the hand piece.

It is very easy to operate. Even those who are not good with machines can use Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01 easily.

It welds materials not by heat but by ultrasonic waves that are emitted only at the moment the handpiece is gripped.
