The ultrasonic dot-line sealer L-QP-01 welds materials in a dot-line pattern without using adhesives or tapes.
It is used by rotating and sliding the gear tip on the handpiece.
Sealing can be done while drawing dot lines, and can be used for sheet materials such as non-woven fabrics.

Ultrasonic dot line sealer L-QP-01 was used to test welding of various chemical fiber fabrics.
In general, ultrasonic sealers can weld chemical fiber fabrics made of thermoplastic resin.
However, the ultrasonic dot line sealer L-QP-01 can weld some materials more easily and others less easily, depending on the shape of the welding tip.
In addition, new environmentally friendly materials have been increasing recently, so we are happy to offer welding tests of the materials you use.

Difficult to make dot-line sealing.
It is too thick to slide the wheel tip of ultrasonic dot-line sealer.
The tip could not be rotated, so we welded it by using it like point welding (we welded 5 points).

 

 

7.  Acrylic knit

It could not be welded.

Ultrasonic dot-line sealer L-QP-01 is very useful when you want to fasten small parts that are difficult to adhere with a normal sealer or when you want to fix them without using adhesives.
However, the seal quality will change depending on the type and thickness of the material.
