Packaging parts into bags with Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01

We will introduce the method of packaging parts into bags using Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01.

First, fold the opening of the bag, then clamp it with Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01 for a few seconds.

Done, the opening will be securely sealed.

By not using staples:

• No staple pins as waste, which means no need for separate disposal.
• No concern about staple pins contaminating the parts.
• No risk of injury from staples during unpacking, providing a safer and more secure process.

Ultrasonic point sealer QP-01 is used in various factories both domestically and internationally for part packaging.
