This is an easy-to-use de-aeration sealer for business use. ASV-320D can vacuum pack large objects, long objects, and even moist contents.
ASV-320D is equipped with an in-built water collection cup.
Vacuuming performance - 80 kPa has been achieved and is 130% of the previous product.
*Available Bags
-Vacuum bags generally sold at packaging material stores can be used. Bags for vacuum pack have low oxygen permeability and maintain their vacuum. Nylon plastic and aluminum bags and so on are available.
-Supported bags (thickness example)
・Nylon polyethylene bags: Total thickness up to 240µ (120µ×2 layers)
・Aluminum vapor deposition bags: Total thickness up to 180µ (90µ×2 layers)
・Embossed vacuum bags: Total thickness up to 280µ (approx.)
Nozzle of the vacuum unit is detachable, and cleaning tube in the unit is simple.

*How to use / Operation mode
You can select from the three modes.
-Automatic vacuum mode
Begin vacuuming after placing the bag in position. When the unit detects that the bag is vacuumed, seal mode will turn on automatically to vacuum the package.
-Manual Vacuum Mode
Check the degree of vacuum and switch to seal mode. To be used for sealing soft items such as bread.
-Seal Mode
This mode seals the bag only. Can be used for general sealing or to narrow the opening of bag of openings larger than 30cm.

One touch fully automatic operation model
ASV-320D has only two buttons for basic operations. Start and select buttons. You can use your favorite mode as operation can be switched between the fully automatic and semi-automatic modes.
Can vacuum and seal even highly moist contents

Can be cleaned easily with its detachable nozzle
The nozzle of the vacuum unit is detachable and the portion in contact with the bag can be easily cleaned. You are able to use ASV-320D in clean conditions.

Can be used for bags with opening up to 300mm. Adjustment based on the thickness of the bag is possible by setting the seal timer. Supports various bag materials such as poly-nylon,aluminum vapor deposition, and laminations.
